Cancellation policy
At Pro Artistry, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice may result in the loss of your booking fee or deposit.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notifying us ("no-show") will incur a fee equal to 20% of the original appointment value, which will be added to their next appointment.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings requiring full payment in advance or being declined at our discretion.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting both our time and the appointment opportunities of other clients.
